How can I sterilize my syringe?

Chemical sterilization is the preferred method for all Hamilton products. Autoclaving syringes should only be used as a last resort and only where specifically stated. Syringe sterilization is not straightforward. Not all syringes can be autoclaved.

Which point styles are recommended for HPLC and GC manual injection?

Most HPLC manual injection valves are compatible with Hamilton 22 gauge, Point Style 3 (blunt) needles. For manual GC injection, Point Style 2 (curved bevel) and Point Style AS (conical point) are preferred for efficient, non-coring septum penetration.
