Long life and high accuracy for diverse industrial pH measurements.
Polilyte Plus pH sensors are specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. They provide good longevity and stability thanks to their polymer-filled design and viscous electrolyte. The stable Polisolve electrolyte greatly slows the ingress of process chemicals, extending sensor life. Their maintenance-free design with two single pore junctions, eliminates clogging. Polilyte Plus sensors show good accuracy in alkaline and low conductivity samples. Intelligent versions like Polilyte Plus Arc and Memosens are available for difficult processes and easy integration.

Discover Hamilton pH Glass Types
- PHI
Best lifespan in frequent SIP and autoclavation applications with very low drift. The PHI glass is our recommended membrane glass for bioreactor installations found in R&D, upstream and downstream pharmaceutical applications. - HB (Not for Memosens)
Best lifespan in frequent CIP and autoclavation applications. Fastest response time. The HB Glass is our recommended membrane glass for food, beverage, and brewing applications. - HF
The HF membrane glass formulation is specifically recommended for use in media containing hydrofluoric acid. H
Provides stable readings in anhydrous or partially aqueous solutions. Low alkali error with good accuracy at high pH or elevated temperature. The H membrane glass works well for most general industrial applications.

Arc Intelligent Sensor Technology
Polilyte Plus sensors include the option for Arc intelligent sensor technology within the sensor. The video shows how Arc can save considerable time and cost in all phases of your process.
Connecting to a Traditional Bioreactor?
Taking advantage of the benefits of Arc pH sensors on a traditional bioreactor requires bypassing a controller’s built-in milli-volt sensor input. The introduction of the Arc ECS Adapter simplifies this connection by utilizing the existing bioreactor milli volt input.
