Microlab 600 Advanced Dual Syringe Dispenser Details
The Microlab ML625-DIS Dispenser offers a reliable and accurate solution for semi-automated liquid handling. Its positive displacement, dual independent syringe system, powered by precision stepper motors, delivers over 99% accuracy across a 500 nL to 50 mL range, regardless of fluid viscosity, vapor pressure, or temperature. This makes it a powerful upgrade over manual pipetting, enhancing both throughput and consistency. The device features a chemically resistant fluid path including PTFE dispense tubing with a tapered tip to ensure precise sample placement.
Users may select two Bubble Free Prime syringes from among the many available sizes. The syringes include conical plungers that reach the valve interior, minimizing air bubbles and reducing the number of required priming cycles.
The user interface is built around a responsive touchscreen with advanced control that includes method wizards, custom programming, compliance and logging, and more.

Syringes for Use with ML600 Dispensers
- Bubble Free Prime syringes: a conical plunger tip extends into the valve to expel trapped air and decrease the cycle frequency required to prime the fluid path.
- SaltLine syringes: used for dispensing high salinity liquids.
Advanced Software Control
- The tiltable touchscreen includes a dedicated host USB port for connection to a keyboard, mouse, printer, or barcode reader.
- Custom method programming can be leveraged for unique dispensing needs. Up to 1,000 methods may be created and run on a single controller.
- Enhanced security and log file creation.

- Positive displacement dispensing includes a chemically inert fluid path. This offers high-precision dispensing, even with dense, volatile, and viscous fluids
- Dispense settings allow for ultra-fine volume adjustments, down to less than 0.01% of the syringe’s nominal volume.
- The Dual Push Button Hand Probe is contoured to help reduce any user fatigue.
- Connect Microlab dispensers to each other, a computer, or a Modular Valve Positioner (MVP) to increase control and throughput.
