Microlab 600 Advanced Continuous Dispenser Details
Engineered for laboratories that demand speed, precision, and repeatability, the Microlab ML625-CNT combines reciprocating syringe action with user-centric design. Utilizing positive displacement and precision stepper motors, the ML625-CNT delivers accurate volumes from 500 nL to 50 mL, maintaining >99% accuracy regardless of the liquid’s physical characteristics. Its semi-automated, non-stop operation outperforms manual dispensing tools to boost throughput while eliminating performance variability. The dispenser features a chemically resistant fluid path, including a PTFE dispense tubing with a tapered tip for precise targeting.
Two user-selected Bubble Free Prime syringes are included in the system. These dispensing syringes include conical plungers that extend into the dispenser’s valve to minimize air entrapment, reducing priming cycles. With its intuitive touchscreen interface and advanced controls, users can easily access, modify, transfer, and run protocols.
Advanced functionality also includes GxP compliance, language support, and log file management software. The result is a more streamlined, accurate, and efficient workflow across time-sensitive liquid handling applications.

- Bubble Free Prime syringes incorporate a conically shaped plunger tip that extends into the valve, clearing trapped air and lowering the need for repeated priming cycles.
- SaltLine syringes aid high salinity liquid dispensing applications.

- Featuring a chemically resistant flow path, the positive displacement dispense method delivers precise performance even with difficult liquids.
- Dispensing volumes can be set in increments smaller than 0.01% of the syringe's nominal capacity.
- The included Concorde CT Hand Probe fits comfortably in the hand to reduce fatigue. Expand interaction choices with the optional Luer lock conversion kit and foot switch.

- Designed for flexibility, the touchscreen tilts for comfortable viewing and includes a host USB port to support various peripherals, including a keyboard, mouse, printer, or barcode reader.
