​​Microlab 600 Basic Dual Syringe Dispenser

The Microlab ML615-DIS is an advanced liquid dispensing system that ensures consistent, highly accurate results, even with challenging liquids. It employs positive displacement and precision stepper motors to dispense from 500 nL to 50 mL with greater than 99% accuracy. This system does not rely on the dispensed fluid’s physical properties, making it ideal for high-viscosity or volatile liquids at any temperature. The semi-automated design, including two independent syringes, improves throughput and minimizes variability compared to manual methods like serological or repeating pipettes. Chemically resistant materials make up the fluid path, and the PTFE dispense tubing’s tapered end ensures proper placement in target containers.

The system supports a range of Bubble Free Prime syringes (users specify two when ordering), each with a conical plunger tip that reaches into the dispenser’s valve to minimize air pockets and reduce priming cycles.

Basic control with a full-color touchscreen display makes priming, programming, and running methods intuitive. Adaptive controls allow for real-time response to process changes.
