Microlab 600 Basic Continuous Dispenser Details
The Microlab ML615-CNT Dispenser is designed for high-speed, high-accuracy liquid handling using positive displacement technology paired with precision stepper motors. It dispenses volumes from 500 nL to 50 mL with greater than 99% accuracy, regardless of liquid viscosity, volatility, or temperature.
This semi-automated, reciprocal-syringe system significantly increases throughput compared to traditional serological or repeating pipettes and reduces variability risks, ensuring consistent results every time. The chemically resistant fluid path is optimized for longevity and offers conveniences like a tapered tip on the dispense tubing end. Users may select two Bubble Free Prime syringes for use with the ML615-CNT. Each syringe minimizes trapped air that impedes priming by employing a conical plunger that extends fully into the dispenser valve.
The ML615-CNT features basic control with a user-friendly touchscreen that displays pump activity and gives quick access to essential functions like priming, method setup, and dispensing. Adaptive control ensures precision is maintained, even if adjustments are needed during operation.

- Positive displacement dispense method is highly accurate, even when dispensing volatile, viscous, or dense liquids.
- Dispense volumes may be programmed in increments less than 0.01% of the nominal syringe volume.
Basic Software Control
- Quick Start screen enables users to prime the Microlab 600, program the dispense volume, and begin a dispense protocol.
- Graphical syringe pump status displays the current and future state.
- Adaptive Dispense Control allows users to adjust dispense volumes mid-process. The dispenser will then recalculate the remaining dispenses and time to refill.
