Microlab 600 Basic Single Syringe Dispenser

Microlab ML610-DIS Dispenser uses positive displacement technology and a precision stepper motor to dispense liquids across a 500 nL-50 mL range with greater than 99% accuracy, independent of the liquid’s viscosity, volatility, or temperature. This semi-automated, single syringe method increases dispensing throughput compared to serological and repeating pipettes and removes performance variability risks so that you can be assured of consistent results with every use. The fluid path is chemically resistant, and the PTFE dispense tubing features a tapered end to aid positioning in the receiving vessel.

Select from a wide range of Bubble Free Prime syringe volumes. These dispensing syringes feature a conical plunger tip that extends all the way into the ML610-DIS valve to expel maximum trapped air and reduce the number of priming cycles.

Basic touchscreen control displays the pump status and offers an intuitive Quick Start screen to prime, program, and run dispense methods. It also includes adaptive control to account for any mid-process adjustments.
