Comprehensive, Efficient ELISA Processing
The Hamilton ELISA NIMBUS assay ready workstation provides all the tools necessary for hands-free ELISA processing, including 4 independent pipetting channels, microplate washer, incubator shaker and absorbance reader. The system accommodates samples in tubes, microplates or deep-well plates, and simultaneously processes multiple samples or assay panels in a single run. Up to eight 96-well microplates may be processed in parallel.
Precise, Repeatable Liquid Handling and Vessel Transport
Air displacement pipetting using Hamilton tips with CO-RE (Compressed O-Ring Expansion) technology provides superior measurement accuracy, precision, and reproducibility without tip distortion or aerosol generation during tip pick-up and ejection. Additionally, CO-RE technology is employed to automatically and efficiently transport the sample vessel to washers, shakers and readers on the deck during processing.
Additionally, patented Monitored Air Displacement (MAD) and capacitive liquid level detection (cLLD) technologies detect sample clots, insufficient sample volume, or empty wells in real time to ensure a high level of confidence in reliable, accurate results.
Powerful yet User-Friendly Software
Easy-to-use and intuitive software offers a touch screen display to guide users through assay setup, including automatic volume calculations, and operators of any skill level can program assay workflows with minimal training. A real-time run control dashboard monitors assay status and system controls. The software also provides full files, including end-to-end sample tracking for output to LIMS or other systems.

ELISA NIMBUS may be configured to suit the specific ELISA needs of any laboratory and upgraded as requirements evolve. Conveniences and flexible features include:
