Automated Vacuum Efficiency

The Hamilton On-Deck Vacuum Station automates vacuum-controlled pressure for high-quality sample extraction and purification.

Streamline High-Throughput Sample Clean-Up

The Hamilton On-Deck Vacuum Station includes a manifold top, dedicated carrier, vacuum pump, and controller. It can be integrated with the Microlab STAR, Microlab STAR V, Microlab NIMBUS, or Microlab VANTAGE as a centrifuge replacement for automated sample cleanup. The compact system fits on a 7-track carrier that accommodates the vacuum unit and three plate positions.

The device is compatible with a variety of 96- and 384-well plates and can be loaded and unloaded manually or automatically. Additionally, the manifold top can be transported using Hamilton’s iSWAP or CO-RE Paddle Grippers, as well as the Microlab STAR’s Internal Plate Gripper (IPG) and the Quad Core Gripper on the Microlab STAR V and Microlab VANTAGE.
