The HIS increases walkaway time, process consistency, and sample throughput to boost efficiency in incubating and shaking applications. 

High-Throughput Shaking and Incubating

The Hamilton Incubator Shaker is a compact solution for independent shaking and incubation of multiple plates at once.

Three configurations are available based on labware type: 
 

  • 4 lidded micro plates
     
  • 2 lidded micro plates + 1 lidded deep-well plate
     
  • 2 lidded deep-well plates.

The HIS easily pairs with Hamilton’s automated liquid handlers, and multiple HIS units may be added to maximize throughput and consistency.


Full Automated Control and Monitoring

The HIS offers precise temperature control from 4 °C above ambient to 60 °C and shaking speeds up to 1200 rpm. Real-time temperature logging ensures consistent conditions throughout the run.

By automating processes, minimizing evaporation, and shielding samples from light, you can protect against variations that can compromise results.

Real-time monitoring and plate detection ensure that all workflow steps are consistently, efficiently, and safely completed.

Multiple HIS can be linked to an automated liquid handler for highly consistent, high-throughput sample workflows.

Fork Mechanism

This integrated automated loading mechanism enables CO-RE Paddles on the automated liquid handler to load and unload plates without the need for additional grippers.
