Hamilton's High Precision CNC Machining Department provides a variety of precision CNC machining services including turning, milling and grinding. With high-end CNC machining equipment combined with other advanced and our experienced team, we can handle all types of CNC machining parts in both metal and plastic.

The main categories of materials used in CNC machining are metals, plastics and composites. Within these categories, there is a selection of materials used for precision manufacturing in our plant, including their subtypes: Stainless Steel, Plastic, Brass, Bronze, Aluminium and ARCAP.

Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to cater to a wide range of manufacturing needs, ensuring we meet your requirements efficiently and precisely. Additionally, we offer comprehensive CNC turning services with 11 sliding head machines and 2 fixed head machines. Furthermore, we have 6 CNC milling machines capable of handling various projects.

Our capabilities include laser welding using the TRUMPF TruLaser 5005, CNC grinding with the Glebar CAM 2, and washing with the MAFAC Java (water-based) and Baronette (solvent-based).

The Sheet Metal Processing Department delivers sheet metal components to the highest quality standards. We take pride in utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, integrated into an automated system that ensures their automatic loading and unloading.

Our automated system includes two Amada Ventis lasers and two Amada Acies punching and Laser machines, all together linked to an automated storage system that automatically supplies , stores raw materials and processed parts and sorts them ensuring enhanced efficiency.

We cover all aspects of sheet metal processing, providing a comprehensive lineup that includes cutting, punching, bending, welding, deburring, texturing, tumbling finishing, nut welding, and nut clinching. With a complete array of machinery/equipment at our disposal, Hamilton Central Europe is fully equipped to meet the most demanding requirements in sheet metal processing.

Hamilton's Sheet Metal Processing Department provides a variety of services: Laser cutting, punching, TIG/WIG or MIG/MAG Welding and Bending machining. With a high-end solution from a top equipment supplier combined with other advanced capabilities and our experienced team, we can handle all types of sheet metal parts including a wide range of nut clinching, nut welding or bushing welding.
