How do I communicate with an Arc sensor?Arc sensors have a built-in micro-transmitter within the sensor. ArcAir software is a powerful tool to access data, configure and calibrate the sensor. This can be done with Bluetooth wireless communication or with a wired connection directly to a PC.
Which wireless adapter do I need for my sensor?Hamilton makes two Bluetooth wireless adapters - Wi 1G and Wi 2G. The Wi 1G is designed for VisiFerm sensors using the ECS (nA) signal. The Wi 2G is better choice with Arc sensors.
How do I calibrate my Arc sensor?ArcAir Basic and Advanced software have built in calibration and report tools for Arc sensors. Connect the Arc sensor to ArcAir and utilize the step by step calibration instructions. Click to learn more about connecting Arc sensors to ArcAir software.
