2022 Product Promotion Terms and Conditions
Hamilton is awarding up to two (2) free Bubble Free Prime Syringes to select applicants who share additional information about how they are currently using their Microlab 600 and ideas for product improvements through the end of December 2022. Single syringe units will be awarded one syringe and dual syringe units will be awarded two syringes with volumes according to the syringes referenced within their promotion proposal. Applications may be submitted electronically at any time using the following link. Applications must be submitted pursuant to these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Rules”), and all applications for Promotions will be construed according to these Rules.
Hamilton Promotion Official Rules
The HAMILTON Microlab 600 Syringe Promotion program (“Promotion”) is valid through 11:59:59 a.m. PT on December 31, 2022. All applications must be made online. The sponsor of this Promotion is the Hamilton Company, 4970 Energy Way, Reno, Nevada, (“Sponsor”). The Promotion shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and sponsor’s decisions, which are subject to Nevada Revised Statute (“NRS”), are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Certain restrictions may apply.
Eligibility
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No person may enter the Competition if the Competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the competition. In addition, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any computer or other property resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials for, this competition. Each online entry shall be deemed to have been sent by the authorized account holder, at the time of such entry, of the email address indicated on such entry.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by Sponsor at their choosing per month. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner selected from among eligible entries. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning a given prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that prize and are equal regardless of method of entry.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the winners will be notified by email and/or telephone by the second Tuesday of the following month. There is no need to submit an application each month for the same need demonstrated or scientific application described in the initial application. If syringes are not awarded in the first month after submission, your application will be kept on file and will be considered again each month for six months. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable amount of effort has been made, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the prize.
Applications will be evaluated primarily on the thoroughness of the method description, and ingenuity of the product improvements. The composition and effort of the written sections will also be considered.
Promotion winners will be awarded up to two Bubble Free Prime Syringes depending upon instrument configuration. Single syringe units will be awarded one syringe and dual syringe units will be awarded two syringes with volumes according to the syringes referenced within their promotion proposal. No cash refund will be made available to recipients.
Applying for a Promotion is not a guarantee of being awarded the syringes. Once the syringes have been awarded, recipients will not be eligible to win another Hamilton set of syringes for a 12 month period.
Multiple forms may be submitted by the same applicant, college/university or other facility as long as the application or method described is different within each form.
Facility will provide the other required hardware, equipment and training needed to properly use the Hamilton products selected.
The Hamilton products may not be used for any personal, private or commercial consulting, training or teaching.
Applicant agrees to abide by his/her institution’s policy or company’s policy on receiving Promotion products.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel contests at any time for any reason.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the dates and/or terms of contests at any time without prior notice.
Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win will be disqualified.
Acceptance of the Promotion constitutes permission to use winner’s name, city, state address and results of the described application in marketing or scientific documentation related to the Hamilton product without further compensation.
Hamilton Company will not sell your address or personal information. Your mailing address is required to enable the promotion program to send your prize, should you win.
Sponsor will pay the freight for ground shipment in the US and Canada. Sponsor will pay for FedEx International Economy freight outside the US and Canada. Expedited shipping charges will be charged to the Promotion winner.

By checking this box and submitting this form, I state that Hamilton Company has the right to publish or advertise the results of the scientific application I have described above. Anyone on the research team will be acknowledged in materials but will not be compensated.
Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release: The potential prize winner will be required to complete, execute and send back to Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 form and (except where prohibited) a publicity release within seven (7) days of issuance or an alternate winner may be selected. These materials will be sent out to the potential winner by email (or other means).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ENTRIES NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE SPONSOR AND WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED. BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HAMILTON COMPANY, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, CONSULTANTS AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, ADMINISTRATION OR FULFILLMENT OF THIS PROMOTION (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, COSTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND AND AGREE TO WAIVE ANY SUCH CLAIMS RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY OF THE PRIZES AWARDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY.
Limitations on Liability: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove( s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsors’ sole control. Releasees not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly , in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. GENERAL: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or if this Promotion or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Promotion and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion or any portion thereof. In the event this Promotion is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
