Conducell 4UxF 4-Pole Conductivity Sensors
Die Conducell 4UxF-Sensoren eignen sich für Messungen in hygienischen Anwendungen. Alle medienberührenden Teile sind FDA-konform, lassen sich leicht reinigen und sind für CIP-Reinigung, SIP-Sterilisation und Autoklavierung geeignet. Die Sensoren zeigen eine sehr gute Linearität über einen breiten Messbereich.
Dieser Sensor ist in verschiedenen Materialien einschließlich Edelstahl (1.4435 und 2.4602), Platin und Titan erhältlich. Sie sind auch mit verschiedenen Prozessanschlüssen, wie z. B. BioConnect (BC) oder Varive in verschiedenen Längen erhältlich.

Temperature compensation can be performed using empirically derived temperature coefficients, which may be different for various solutions. -

What can I use to clean the conductivity sensor electrodes if fouling occurs?
The metal electrodes of 2 and 4-pole sensors can be cleaned with water and mild detergents and washed with deionized water after cleaning.
