Preventive Maintenance and Field Repairs
To assure the best performance of your Hamilton instruments and to certify its accuracy and precision, we offer a full set of complementary preventive maintenance (PM) protocols conducted by Hamilton’s own highly qualified service engineers.
At the end of each PM, you will receive confirmation documentation in the form of a PM Checklist coupled with a complete Pipetting Performance Verification Report.
