Connecting a glass micropipette to a syringe used to involve attaching capillary tubing to the needle with glue or wax. Other methods compress a soft rubber septa to hold the needle but the hold force is extremely limited. Hamilton's compression fittings enable direct connection of any 1 mm OD glass needle to any small hub RN connection. Tightening the nut compresses the ferrule which grips on the outside of the tubing.
Direct Connection to 5 - 100 µL Syringes
Adapted Connection to 0.5 - 2 µL Syringes
