Hamilton PRP-3, 10 µm 300 A 4.6 x 250 mm PEEK columns are based on the PRP-1 with a larger pore size for protein separation. This column resin has no silanol groups, so irreversible protein adsorption is not a concern, giving analytes such as proteins a recovery of greater than 90%.
