How does the DuraCal buffer bottle work?

The Calpak bottle is designed to avoid contamination issues. A one-way valve prevents flow of used buffer from the upper chamber back into the lower chamber. This design prevents recycling of liquid buffer and ensures a fresh sample is always available. Sensor Calibration can be performed in the upper chamber or in a separate beaker. THE STEPS ABOVE ILLUSTRATE PROPER USAGE OF THE CALPAK BOTTLE. ONLY 15ML OF BUFFER SOLUTION IS USED IN THE CALIBRATION CHAMBER MAKING THIS DESIGN IDEAL FOR REDUCING BUFFER USAGE AS WELL AS PREVENTING POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
