Can the OD860 be converted to an OD with a different wavelength?

Although the output of the measured values as OD₈₆₀ value will not lead to a different growth curve than with OD₆₀₀, it is often easier to deal with the known quantities and units for reasons of comparability. An OD₈₆₀ value can be converted to any other measurement or unit, including an OD_600. The conversion from one unit to another can be made with a correlation.
