How can I upgrade to CO-RE II technology?

ML Prep customers will need to send their devices to Hamilton to upgrade to CO-RE II technology. The heads will be upgraded at Hamilton. Pipette heads will need to be removed prior to shipping the device to Hamilton. Once the upgrade has been completed and verified, the device will be shipped back to the customer. Shipping costs will be covered by Hamilton. Please note this service is only available in the US and Canada. To schedule your upgrade, fill out this form.
