Basic User Training for the SAM System

This course covers basic operation of the SAM system. To reinforce the theoretical portion of the course, practical examples and demonstrations are provided. System operation is given special emphasis.

  • Functionality

• Basic error recovery
• Contacting HST Technical Service

Target Group: Basic users who will be operating the SAM system.

Requirements:

• PC knowledge with XP and Windows 7 knowledge
• Basic database knowledge
• English language

Location: At customer site or Hamilton facility

Duration: 2 days
