Advanced User Training for the SAM System

This course covers advanced operation of the SAM system. To reinforce the theoretical portion of the course, practical examples and demonstrations are provided. System operation is given special emphasis.

• Software administrator

• Service software (manual moves)
• Advanced error recovery
• Contacting HST Technical Service

Target Group: Advanced users who will be the system administrator of the SAM system.

Requirements:

• PC knowledge with XP and Windows 7 knowledge
• Basic database knowledge
• English language

Location: At customer site or Hamilton facility
