The Chemical Resistant (CR) Wash Station integrates with Hamilton liquid handling platforms for pipetting applications that require reusable steel needles rather than disposable tips. Regular washing of the steel needles helps to maintain performance and integrity of the Hamilton liquid handling platform and ensure precise, accurate, and repeatable results.
Features and Benefits
Parallelity
Three compartments aid in workflow and washing efficiency. Two sites are available for different wash solutions, and a third site enables pipetting with some channels while others are washed. Each site accommodates eight needles at once.
Lasting Use
Frequent washing in the CR Wash Station can extend use of steel needles up to one year, depending on sample throughput.
Flexibility
The CR Wash Station is compatible with 10 µL, 300 µL, and 1000 µL needle sizes.
