Modular Valve Positioner (MVP) Valves

The Modular Valve Positioner (MVP) is a standalone valve switching device that communicates via RS-232 or Digital TTL signals. When a signal is received the device positions the Hamilton valve to the desired location using a stepper motor with an optical encoder. The device can also be operated using manual switches located on the faceplate. The device comes with a cover or without a cover for flexible mounting options.

MVP Base Unit
For your convenience the Modular Valve Positioner (MVP) is sold in four separate components; the power cord, power supply, the base unit, and the valve. The web tool below is designed to assist in the selection of the proper components.

HVM Standard PTFE Valves
The HV valve is physically the smallest valve and constitutes a basic unit for the control of fluids. It is ideal for low pressure applications; from a basic on/off flow to a four-way distribution system. Chose a valve by select the proper flow path from the 'Products in this category" menu.

HVXM Large Body PTFE Valves
HVX valves are physically the largest valves. A larger port internal diameter allows increased fluid flows even with moderately viscous fluids. 6- and 8-port distribution and loop valves are available only in the HVX body style. HVC Standard Ceramic Valves
The ceramic line of HV valves is designed to provide superior performance with salt solutions. The rigid ceramic fluid path is resistant to scratching from salt crystals. Under these harsh conditions the HVC valves will provide superior life and performance. For additional salt stability the HVC valves are available with a stainless steel (SST) housing.
