Additionally raw tubing is offered along with fittings and a flanging tool kit so custom assemblies can be manufactured onsite.
Hamilton Luer Lock tubing assemblies are ideal for quickly connecting and disconnecting components with male luer locks. The prime example of their utility is connecting PTFE Luer Lock syringes (TLL) with polymer tubing. A simple press and half twist generates a leak tight seal. The tubing assemblies are manufactured with hubs on one end or both ends and in gauges from 30 to 7 gauge.
Hamilton threaded tubing assemblies are ideal for creating robust connections between threaded valve ports. The tubing assemblies are manufactured with hubs on one end or both ends and in 12, 18, and 22 gauge. Some tubing assemblies are available with strain relief which protects the tubing from kinking at the interface between the tubing and the fitting.
