Stainless Steel Tube Adapters


PTFE Tubing and Assemblies
Hamilton offers a variety of tubing assemblies that are preconfigured with fittings and cut to length. These assemblies come with threaded connections and female luer lock connections. Additionally raw tubing is offered along with fittings and a flanging tool kit so custom assemblies can be manufactured onsite.

Industry Standard Kel-F Adapters
Hamilton offers a unique line of adapters for valves with M6 and ¼-28 threaded ports. The adapters are made from Kel-F which makes them chemically resistant. Industry standard fittings will work on all Hamilton valves but to minimize dead volume the Hamilton specific valves are superior. Hamilton HV, HVP, HVX, HVM, and HVXM valves have a port depth of 0.219 inches (5.6 mm) which is much shorter than the industry standard ports. This design minimizes the dead volume that is trapped in the valve port. To take advantage of this unique feature Hamilton has developed a line of short adapters that will only work with Hamilton Valves. Standard adapters for this port type can be found in this category.

Hamilton Specific Kel-F Adapters
	Hamilton HV, HVP, HVX, HVM, and HVXM valves have a port depth of 0.219 inches (5.6 mm) which is much shorter than the industry standard ports. Flanging Tool Kit
	The flanging tool consists of a soldering iron and custom heating tips. The custom tips are ideally designed to apply heat to a squarely cut piece of tubing. As the tubing is heated it is formed into a flange that is ideally suited for sealing into Hamilton valves. The kit comes with 3 heating tips for 12, 18, and 22 gauge tubing as well as a tubing holder. These components are also available individually.

Needle Bushings
	The Hamilton Needle Bushings are ideal for connecting standard or custom small hub Removable Needles and Hat Type Needles to Hamilton valves. The bushing is tightened into the valve and the seal is made between the needle ferrule and the valve port.
