FOODLYTE was developed especially for the needs of biotechnological, pharma-ceutical and food industries.
FOODLYTE withstands sterilizations and cleanings in place (CIP) up to 135 °C and it can be used in pressures up to 6 bar. TÜV Rheinland Produkt und Umwelt GmbH confirms: „This product is according to
§ 2 passage 6 sentence 1 no. 1 of the food utensil and feeding stuff law book (LFGB) in conjunction with decree (EG) no. 1935/2004 a material that is meant to be in contact with food.“
FOODLYTE is taste- and odourless and harmless for micro organisms. The biocompatibility
is approved by MDT1 according to EN ISO 10993-52 and USP 31, 2008 Chapter 873 and according to international GLP4 guidelines.
