The BioLevitator is specifically designed to work with most adherent cell types.  The Global Eukaryotic Microcarrier or GEM substrate is designed to allow for the attachment and proliferation of many different cell types.  The GEM may be coated with many different extracellular matrix proteins to support growth and proliferation different cell types.  In this section we offer protocols for the different cell types that have been cultured and validated in the BioLevitator.
