Environmental Control
The compact incubator chamber is
designed to monitor and maintain CO2 and temperature during cell
expansion. Culture Reports, including metrics such as pH, can be viewed
real-time or exported for record keeping and compliance purposes.
2. Touch & Go
Maintain
four unique cultures at the touch of a button.
The touch-screen interface provides users with intuitive and easy to
program cell culture workflows. In addition, the ergonomic click-wheel
allows quick navigation.
Actively monitor and maintain the
conditions for each culture tube. On screen graphs track temperature, CO2,
and pH (optional) with biomass available soon.
The intuitive graphical display and
touch screen interface simplify method development, design, and
repeatability. Quickly scroll through menus and adjust settings not
easily managed through a touch screen alone.
3. Data Logging
Transfer
data via USB memory stick from the BioLevitator to the PC. |

4. GEM™ Control
The LeviTube™ and integrated magnets are designed
to gently suspend the GEM culture to ensure cells have access to media.
Magnets integrated in the BioLevitator are used to pellet the cells for
media exchange and harvesting.

5. Convection
Channel
The replaceable convection channel is designed to
maintain a homogeneous environment within the BioLevitator cell culture
chamber. The convection channel is located on the left side of the
instrument and contains an integrated fan. The channel can be easily
replaced to limit contamination of the system.
6. CO2
Control
Integrated with a compact laboratory-grade controller
and located on the back of the instrument, the BioLevitator ensures
proper delivery of CO2 through a HEPA filter. |
