These tubes are designed to work exclusively with the BioLevitator to promote growth and expansion of many adherent cell types. This tube features a HEPA filtered cap to keep contaminates out of the culture. It is a 50 mL conical tube with internal fins to allow for adequate mixing of the culture.
These dishes are designed for use with the GEM cultures. The ULA attachment surface is a covalently bound hydrogel layer that is hydrophilic and neutrally charged inhibiting cell attachment.
The cell culture media is designed for use with the BioLevitator™ and GEM™ technologies. This includes many classical media types such as DMEM, DMEM/F12, MEM, and RPMI 1640.
Reagents are solutions that aid in the cell culture process. This category has two main types of reagents, cell disociation and washing solutions. Cell dissociation reagents are used to remove cells from the GEM substrate. Washing solutions are used prior to adding a dissociation reagent to the cell culture to remove residual medium and serum so that it does not interfere with the cell dissociation reagents.
