Longer Plunger Tip Life Syringes

Hamilton Company has developed the new Salt Line syringes for longer plunger tip life expectancy for demanding automated dispensing applications. The plunger tip is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, a harder material that provides longer plunger life. These GASTIGHT® syringes are recommended for saline or other solutions with a pH range of 1-13 that crystallize and scratch traditional PTFE plunger tips. Volumes range from 250 uL to 10 mL.

Applications incldue: Hamilton MICROLAB® 500 Series diluters and dispensers, Hamilton MICROLAB robotic sample processors and OEM instrumentation, including Hamilton PSD/2 Precision Syringe Drive modules.
