Product Specifications
Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) 1X liquid. This is used to culture normal mammalian cells and to aid growth of wider variety of fastidious cells. MEM includes higher concentrations of amino acids so that the medium more closely approximates the protein compositon of adherent cells. MEM is used for a weide variety of cells grown in mono-layers. This product does not contain L-glutamine, calcium, or magnesium. This product contains phenol red. Link
