Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), 1X 4.5 g/L L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate.  Contains a four-fold higher concentration of amino acis and vitamins than Basal Medium Eagle, as well as additional supplements.  Contains phenol red.
