Hamilton offers a Service Contract program through the U.S.A. National Field Service Group for robotic instrument products (MICROLAB AT/AT+, MICROLAB F.A.M.E., MICROLAB 2200 and 4000/4200).

Instrument Service Contracts provide:

  • continued Hamilton Service support of your instrument long after the initial warranty expires.
  • all service parts.
  • periodic preventative maintenance.
  • 24-hour SERVICE HOTLINE: 800-527-5269.
  • guaranteed next business day response.
Two contract options are offered, allowing you to select the coverage which best suits your needs. If you are located near one of our field service technicians, or your staff requires limited service visits, Option I, without travel coverage, may be more cost effective. Option II includes all travel costs and provides a fixed annual expense.
