Company offers a calibration service for precision syringes
and Digital Syringes™, SoftGrip™ pipettes, and
MICROLAB® diluters and dispensers. A Certificate
of Calibration is provided with the product and the procedure
is performed with an unbroken chain of calibrations traceable
to N.I.S.T.
Calibrated
precision syringes are available at the time of purchase.
To order a calibrated syringe, simply add the prefix
"CAL" to the beginning of the syringe's part number.
For example, to order a 701N, 10 µL syringe (part
#80300), but calibrated, request part #CAL80300.
Digital
Syringes, SoftGrip pipettes, and MICROLAB diluters and
dispensers are calibrated prior to shipment. A recalibration
service is available.
A return authorization is required for any products returned
to Hamilton for recalibration. Request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, or contact Hamilton.
