Hamilton Service

Hamilton Company unconditionally guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. Any product which fails due to such defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion without cost, provided the device is returned with an explanation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of an application and material compatibility of the products.

Servicing of instrument products is offered through our factory repair and direct or representative field service organizations. Service Contracts are available for instruments after the initial warranty period. For more information, see Robotic Instrument Service.

A return authorization is required for any products returned to Hamilton for recalibration or repair. Find the proper Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) form through the Calibration Service or Repair Service menus above, or contact Hamilton.
