Product returns must be authorized in advance with the issuance of a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). Unauthorized returns will be refused. An RMA # will be provided via e-mail or fax. |

Returned product, if used, must be decontaminated, and identified accordingly. Hamilton Company requires compliance to 49 CFR and IATA shipping regulations; and reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that has been used with infectious, microbiological, or radioactive substances or other materials that may be deemed hazardous to our employees. |

When returning an instrument product, please keep any power cords and communication cables. To minimize any potential health risks, we ask that you not send tubing, valves, or syringes. Failure to do so may result in the disposal of such items with the replacement costs being the responsibility of the customer. |

Hamilton will evaluate returned products prior to any further action being taken. |
| 5. |
|
A handling charge amounting to not more than 20% of the invoice value of the product may be deducted from any credit allowed. |

|
A form with the above completed information will be provided when the RMA # is assigned. Please include a copy of this form with your return shipment. |
| 7. |
|
The product(s) approved for return must be received by Hamilton Company within 30 days of the date of issuance of the RMA #. |
| 8. |
|
Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
| 9. |
|
Please package securely. A copy of the RMA form must be on the outside of the shipping carton. Ensure the RMA number is on the shipping label and outside of shipping carton, and return the product to:

Failure to complete the RMA form in its entirety as required will result in the item(s) being quarantined for (15) business days. If no response is received at that time, the item(s) will be disposed of at the customer's expense with no credit and/or replacement due the customer. |
