Clipboard On-line Ordering Hamilton
Company offers its customers greater convenience
and service with our new Lab Clipboard On-Line
Ordering system. This new systems allows you
to place orders on-line for any of our catalog
products using your credit card or a purchase
order number. For robotics instruments, contact
Hamilton. It's
easy - simply click on any underlined part number
throughout the website, and the part number
will be added to your Lab Clipboard order list.
After each click on a part number, a summary
of your order list will appear, allowing you
to specify the desired quantity of each item.
Or, click on the Lab Clipboard tab in the bottom-right
of your screen to place, review, add to, or
change your order. General
Ordering Information Terms After
credit responsibility has been established with
Hamilton Company, terms are net 30 days from the
date of invoice. A finance charge will be applied
to all invoices not paid within 30 days. Unestablished
accounts require payment by credit card for on-line
orders.
Shipping All
U.S. shipments are FOB Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.,
by United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified.
Warranty All
Hamilton products are unconditionally guaranteed
to be free to defects in materials and workmanship
for one year (12 months) from date of purchase.
Returned
Goods/Restocking Charges Any
product returned to Hamilton Company for repair,
evaluation, or exchange must be accompanied
by an assigned Returned Goods Authorization
(RGA) Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Products returned for credit in the U.S.A. must
also have an assigned RGA tracking number, and
are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
