This wizard is used to transfer liquid from one vessel to the next. First the system must be primed with a system fluid. This is usually a liquid that is compatible with the liquid to be transferred like water or buffer. Next the liquid is aspirated into the hand probe by the left or right syringe depending on the instrument setup. Finally the liquid is dispensed from the hand probe into the destination vessel. If desired an additional wash can be preformed between samples to ensure the fluid path is clean.
